Florida Gulf Coast University's Small Business Development Center and the Southwest Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce participated in the sixth annual International Congress and inaugural International Business Expo at the University San Martín de Porres in Lima, Peru from Oct. 10-13. More than 4,000 attended the week-long event and the Southwest Florida delegation included Julio Estremera, Veronica Culbertson, Veronica Montoya, Silvia Izquierdo, Rocio Cuellar, Juliet Winokur, Harris Winokur, Victor Cerna and Mirtha Montoya Arguelles.
