Are you registered with this DOD-DLA web site?
There is a DIBBS pocket guide (PDF) available as a quick reference on how to use the system.
Ensure you are registered at www.ccr.gov use the cage code from www.ccr.gov to complete the information at the DLA DIBBS web site.
You may have to contact www.dla.mil to get access to the DIBBS system.
DLA DIBBS identifies requirements from $1 to $100,000.
Requirements over $25,000 are also required to be posted to www.fbo.gov
Many requirements are posted under $25,000 at the DOD-DLA DIBBS web site.
This DOD system is a great access for requirements under $25,000.
The DLA DIBBS applies to the various DLA centers.
DLA Business Unit sites
DLA Web Gateway is a web application that provides access to major DLA web sites. The DLA sites are sorted alphabetically, by organization, by category, or via a keyword search.
Defense Supply Center Columbus supplies weapon systems spare parts and end items and manages almost 1.8 million different construction and electronic spare parts.
Defense Supply Center Richmond is the lead center for aviation weapon systems and environmental logistics support and is the primary supply source for nearly 930,000 repair parts and operating items.
Defense Supply Center Philadelphia supplies and services U.S. service members by providing them food, clothing, textiles, medicines, medical equipment, general and industrial supplies, and supports U.S. humanitarian and disaster relief efforts.
Defense Distribution Center depots stores, issues, packs, preserves and provides worldwide transportation of supplies and parts.
Defense Energy Support Center purchases and manages DOD energy products.
Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service provides DOD with worldwide reuse, recycling and disposal solutions that focus on efficiency, cost avoidance and compliance.
The following are Other Service Activities sites:
Defense National Stockpile Center is an international commodity broker of strategic and critical materials that sells and maintains strategic and critical materials to reduce the U.S. dependence on foreign supply sources.
Defense Logistics Information Service is involved in the creation, management and dissemination of logistics information to military and government customers using the latest technology.
Document Automation & Production Service is the single manager for all DOD printing and duplicating, provides automated information products and services to DOD and designated federal activities.
Defense Automatic Addressing System Center (DAASC) receives, edits, validates and routes logistics transactions.
Defense Logistics Management Standards Office (DLMSO) facilitates continuous enterprise integration process improvements to logistics management and operations.
DLA Europe & Africa serves as a DLA world presence and focal point for DLA matters in Europe and Africa and for common support serving customers in the U.S. European Command and Africa Command.
DLA Pacific is a focal point within the Pacific, directly services DLA by providing customer assistance, liaison, services, war planning interfaces, and logistics support to the U.S. Pacific Command.
DLA-Central serves as DLA's primary focal point for coordinating DLA support to forces in the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility.

Detailed system requirements and instructions for registration can be found on the DLA DIBBS Home Page https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.
A few highlights of the information that will be found include:
- On the DLA Internet Bulletin Board System (DIBBS) Home Page, click the VENDOR REGISTRATION link to begin the registration process.
- In order to register for access to secure portions of DLA DIBBS, the company you are representing must already be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system.
- A Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code registration will be processed immediately. A User ID will appear on the registration screen and a password will be sent separately to the email address of the Super User. If a CAGE is already registered on DLA DIBBS, the name and email address of the Super User will be provided. The Super User should be contacted to set-up additional accounts, logons and passwords for their CAGE.
- If your CAGE has already been registered on DIBBS, the name and email address of the person designated as your super user will be provided.
- The representative who starts the DIBBS registration process has the option to accept their CCR registration POC as the DIBBS super user, or they can designate themselves or another person to act as the super user for the CAGE.
- The super user acts as the account administrator for a CAGE. They can add up to ninety-eight (98) additional users, provide user IDs and passwords, modify existing users, and control the login status of each user for their CAGEs through My Account (Account Maintenance).
